McCain has worked too hard over the years alienating himself from conservatives to come up now and tell us "I'm your guy".

Mitt Romney is a slimy weasel who changes his "core beliefs" to suit whoever he needs to impress at the moment.

Rudolph Giuliani is out in front now, but the more people start to actually pay attention to what he actually believes. . . let's just say that holding our noses will not be enough. It will be necessary to have a neurosurgeon open up our skulls and destroy the sent region of our brains before we can pull the lever for him.

We need someone who can be more than the "not Hillary" candidate. Thompson looks like a president, sounds like a president and, as far as I know, hasn't any serious skeletons in his closet.

If we yell loudly enough for him perhaps he will hear.
