A quick question

If Hillary Clinton is elected president will she and her husband be able to use the same legal defense fund which was set up to help them cover the costs associated with the investigation of their criminal conduct during and before Bill Clinton's presidency? Or will IRS laws force them to set up a completely separate legal defense fund to cover the costs associated with investigations into their criminal conduct during Mrs. Clinton's presidency and her term in the Senate?
