This isn't Celtic or Medieval but I was thinking about this song today and decided to post it. This is Gordon Lightfoot's The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald. This song is available on Gordon's CD Gordon Lightfoot - Complete Greatest Hits.

Of course the Edmund Fitzgerald was a real ship. It was an ore carrier which sank on November 10, 1975, with all 29 crew members.
