Barack Obama - The candidate with experience?

Barack Obama contends that he is more experienced in executive matters than Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin because he has managed his presidential campaign for the past 18 months.

Speaking on a cable news channel Monday night, the Democratic presidential nominee said he is better prepared to handle a disaster like Hurricane Gustav because of his pursuit of the White House.

“Well, my understanding is that Governor Palin’s town of Wasilla has, I think, 50 employees. We’ve got 2,500 in this campaign. I think their budget is maybe $12 million a year. You know, we have a budget of about three times that just for the month. So I think that our ability to manage large systems and to execute I think has been made clear over the last couple of years,” Obama said.

[Lemuel stops what he is doing and laughs out loud for 2 hours and 45 minutes]

I have heard Barack Obama speak when he is not reading words written for him by someone else off of a teleprompter so I understand that he is feeble-minded and am willing to make allowances.

Therefore it is just barely possible that this cretin simply doesn't know that Mrs. Palin is the Governor of Alaska. He only knows what his handlers and controllers tell him and they have to be careful not to overload him with too many details. Otherwise he will get confused and start gibbering about "breathalyzing inhalators" for sick children. So it is possible that he overheard some of his string-pullers talking about how Palin was a "small town mayor" and figured that is all she ever was.

However I kind of doubt that is the case. After all even B. Hussein Obama isn't that shit-all stupid. So I suspect that he simply wants to distract the public from the fact that Sarah Palin as the Governor of Alaska manages a budget of over 10 billion dollars and more than 24,000 employees. Not to mention being commander-in-chief of the Alaska Army and Air National Guard.

Next to this Mr. Obama wants to hold up his experience of running a campaign as a qualification to be president.

Before we go further is there anyone out there dumb enough to think that Obama is actually managing the details of his campaign? This simpleton can't even give a speech unless someone else writes it for him. He can't perform in a Q & A forum unless other people write talking points and feed them to a teleprompter for him to read. Are we really supposed to believe that this pitiful little half-wit who has managed to convince himself that he is the Second Coming is staying up late pouring over spreadsheets and stacks of receipts?

I thought not.

The sad thing for Mr. Obama is that he does have at least a little genuine executive experience that he could point to, however that experience consists of running the Annenberg Challenge and Mr. Obama would really like it if we all just forgot all about that.

You see Mr. Obama was recruited to that position by none other than one Mr. William Ayers, the unrepentant terrorist bomber and communist revolutionary. Mr. Obama would have by necessity had to work closely with Mr. Ayers having frequent contact and sharing ideas on a nearly daily basis. Mr. Obama doesn't want us to wonder why he was willing to have such a close relationship with a man who is the moral equivalent of Osama bin Laden.

Then there is the small matter of the fact that the Annenberg Challenge (a scheme to improve public education in Chicago by applying hard core leftist educational theory) was a dismal failure.

So we see that Mr. Obama's only real foray into actual executive management consisted of working with a terrorist and wasting millions of dollars to run a project into the ground.

Makes you wish the election were today, doesn't it?
