The president and his sycophants swear to us that his socialized health care plan will not pay for abortions:

And it won't provide coverage for illegal aliens (or alien criminals as they should be more accurately known):

Senate Finance Committee Democrats rejected a proposed a requirement that immigrants prove their identity with photo identification when signing up for federal healthcare programs.
