From American Thinker:
The man who claims to have seen a UFO with Shirley McLain is now claiming that he can do what no Democrat has dared to do; offer a resolution of impeachment against Vice President Cheney and have it considered by the full House.
The parliamentary device that Democratic Presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich is going to use in his doomed to fail effort is known as a "privileged resolution." Such a resolution, if approved by the Speaker, must be voted on within two business days in the House.
Congressman Kucinich has posted this video on youtube where he explains his reasons for wishing to impeach the vice president:
Mr. Kucinich's office did not respond to inquires about the identity of "the precious".

Smeagol is upset
Kucinich issued a press release before the vote, criticizing the resolution as "incomplete," and saying that Congress needs to "wake up to the truth and exercise its obligation under the Constitution to save our nation from being destroyed from the lies that took us into Iraq, the lies that keep us there, the lies that are being used to set the stage for war against Iran and the lies that have undermined our basic civil liberties here at home."
"The September 11 resolution that Congress considers today should have made reference to those matters," he continued. "It does not, so I cannot support it."

Campaign 2008 Scorecard, part 1
It occurs to me that some of the people who visit here may not know all of the derogatory nicknames given to the loser candidates this election cycle. So as a public service I will spend the next few days posting a guide for the political novice.
Here is the first entry:

Reason: Physical resemblance and the fact that both are insane.
Here is a video to demonstrate the similarity.
