The need for the left to stifle free speech (except when it agrees with their world view) is now focused on talk radio. Democratic Strategist Lindsay Graham started by calling us Bigots. Now,Trent Lott, newly emerging spokesman for the left Progressives, noted that relative to opinions of the Amnesty bill… “Talk radio is running America,” he said. “We have to deal with that problem.”

Lott suffers distress from being exposed by talk radio. That illuminates his problems: lack of integrity and violation of his oath of office.
Lott knows no one shined a light on the 1986 amnesty. No one questioned the seven subsequent amnesties by Trent Lott, Teddy Kennedy, John McCain and the rest of those cockroaches running around the halls of Congress. No one questioned these ‘noble’ men’s disregard for enforcing those laws they created to serve a greater master—U.S. Chamber of Commerce and corporations. Today, we know Lott lies, McCain hides, Kennedy gorges and the rest of the Senate of the United States serves illegality over and above the U.S. Constitution.

‘the relaxation of ownership rules including the requirement of local participation in management…’MEANS: We want taxpayers to provide us with free air time because nobody wants to listen to what we have to say…whether you like it or not.

Restore local and national caps on the
ownership of commercial radio stations.
Ensure greater local accountability
over radio licensing.
Require commercial owners who fail
to abide by enforceable public interest
obligations to pay a fee to support
public broadcasting.

COMPREHENSIVE TALK RADIO REFORM
A little known codicil of the regulations governing talk Radio has been found to be the primary cause of the Conservative leanings of this aspect of the media…..Simply fixing this small part of an old Government Regulation will resolve most of our issues and would control the dominance of Conservative Talk Radio in America….A small group of Senators and Lobbyists have been working behind closed doors to rewrite it and reach a grand compromise designed to facilitate swift passage of unpopular future legislation….
Known as the Fixed Establishment Clause
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; but shall make laws abridging the freedom of speech we don’t like, and of the press we don’t like; and shall regulate the right of the people to peaceably listen to the things we progressives don’t agree with, if they don’t we’ll petition the Government for a redress of grievances and make those with whom we disagree pay for it.
