McCain loses another potential supporter

Another conservative has looked at John McCain and decided that keeping the White House isn't worth selling his soul. JB's Corner has stepped up and joined the Dump McCain Now! blogroll. Welcome aboard.

Another courageous conservative steps up

Da Hawg Frog Blog has joined the Dump McCain Now blogroll.

If you are a real conservative who cares about preserving the Republican party as a conservative party because you realize that the only way to save this nation is through sound conservative governance I urge you to oppose the election of John McCain.

Two more real conservatives step up

Two terrific blogs have signed on to the Dump McCain Now! blogroll. The first is politicalpartypoop.com, a blog by a pissed off conservative black man and the second is Gunslinger's Journal, a blog run by a pissed off and heavily armed conservative woman.

A big part of why both of these fine folks are pissed off is that the Republican party can't come up with anything better than a thing like John McCain to be their standard bearer.

I agree with both of them.

Dump McCain Now!

I am starting a new blogroll for fellow bloggers who realize the danger to the Republican Party and the nation posed by John McCain.

If you want to join grab the button above, put it on your blog and hotlink it back to this post. Then email me and I'll add you to the blogroll and send you the code so that you can display the blogroll on your blog.

The best time to get rid of McCain is right now while the primaries are still ongoing and we can dump him in favor of a Republican like Mitt Romney.

While I am committed to keeping McCain out of the White House even at the expense of electing Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama in his place I realize that many Republicans have not yet reached that point. Therefore I will delete the Dump McCain blogroll after the Republican convention if McCain does gain the nomination.

This way Republicans (or Democrats or independents) who wish to go on record as opposing McCain but not to the point of aiding Hillary need not fear to join.

If McCain does not get the nomination I will keep the blogroll in place for those of us who want McCain booted out of the Senate.

If McCain manages to get the nomination I will start a new "Anybody but McCain" for those who understand how critically important it is that he never be allowed any closer to the White House than the guided tour.

Another true conservative does the right thing

Arizona Resistance, a blog dealing with the crisis of illegal immigration has joined the Dump McCain blogroll.

This is no surprise since we could not expect a blog like this to be pleased with the author of the failed amnesty legislation which would have legalized and created a path to citizenship for up to 30 million alien criminals and opened the borders to millions more who would have come in as "guest workers" and stayed to become citizens, and Democrat voters.

Another conservative steps to to oppose McCain

LockAndLoad has joined the Dump McCain Now blogroll. Here is part of the email that they sent me:

My major beef (among many) is histreachery while co-chair with dill hole Kerry on the POW/MIA selectcommittee when he belittled and humiliated POW family members and sold our guys out to the Commies. BTW, he and dill hole both have familytrade connections with Viet Nam. Mc Cain dumped his ill wife to marry aCoors family member and of course Kerry's middle name is Forbes. Youcan expect his baggage to surface if he gets the nomination. Can't putmy finger on it right now, but am certain he was one of about a dozenHanoi Hilton POW's recommended for courts marshal for collaboration. Charges were dropped against all for political expediency. He's knownas the Manchurian Candidate among certain POW/MIA advocates.

I've heard things like this myself. Rush Limbaugh has hinted at some major dirt on McCain that will be released by the MSM in the event he gains the nomination. Anyone with any information on this let me know.
